These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "Account Holder") and x388 (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x388 website located at x388.bet, including all associated services, products, software, and content made available thereon.

By accessing the x388 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game or promotional activity offered by x388, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the x388 platform and close your account. Continued use of x388 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

x388 is strictly an adults-only platform. To register an account and use the x388 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. x388 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by x388 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the x388 platform or have had an account closed for violations of these Terms.

x388 utilises automated and manual age-verification procedures during the registration process. Submission of false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the x388 platform only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same person or in collusion with others — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your x388 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x388 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. x388 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your x388 account.
• Enable two-factor SMS verification where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact x388 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

x388 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

All financial transactions on x388 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x388 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Pakistan:

• EasyPaisa — instant mobile wallet transfers
• HBL — Habib Bank Limited bank transfer
• UBL — United Bank Limited bank transfer

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. x388 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching your verified account name may be reversed and the funds returned, less any applicable processing charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your x388 account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at x388's discretion with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). x388 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days depending on the selected payment method. x388 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

The following general rules apply to all sports and cricket betting activity conducted on the x388 platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., PSL match betting, in-play betting, accumulator betting) are published separately in the x388 betting rules documentation accessible from within your account.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• x388 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where a technical error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets at x388 may be temporarily suspended during match stoppages, reviews, or broadcast delays. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided at x388's discretion.
• x388 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account where there is evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international matches) shall be final and binding.

x388 offers cricket betting coverage for PSL, international Test matches, T20I series, Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup events. Specific competition rules applicable to each tournament are published within the x388 cricket betting section.

x388 offers a live casino and slot game library powered by internationally certified third-party software providers. All casino games available on x388 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

By participating in any casino game on x388, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Casino games involve real-money wagering and carry an inherent house edge. There is no strategy that guarantees a positive return over time.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG systems. x388 does not manipulate, influence, or control the outcome of any game beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) parameters set by the game provider.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as administered by the live dealer. In cases of technical disconnection during a live game round, x388's system logs will be used to determine the outcome and settle the bet.
• Slot game rules, paylines, and bonus feature mechanics are defined by the individual game provider. x388 publishes RTP information for all slot titles in the game information panel.
• Malfunctions in casino game software — whether caused by a server error, software defect, or network interruption — void all pays and plays for the affected round. x388 will restore any staked funds to the player's account in such circumstances.

x388 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the PSL, Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to your x388 bonus wallet separately from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• x388 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x388 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Money Laundering: Using the x388 platform for the purposes of laundering funds of criminal origin or conducting any transaction in furtherance of financial crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, creation of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, tournament, or betting event on x388.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or play casino games on x388 without explicit written consent.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between x388 and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without authorisation, or interfering with the x388 platform's infrastructure in any way.

x388 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we take seriously our obligation to ensure it remains that way for every player on our platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• The x388 platform is restricted to players aged 21 years and above. This age restriction is enforced through registration verification and ongoing account monitoring.
• Every x388 account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect. Once a self-exclusion is activated, the player will be blocked from accessing x388 for the duration specified, and all marketing communications will cease.
• Players who self-exclude may not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed and balances forfeited.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, data compilations, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the x388 platform are the exclusive property of x388 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x388 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, publish, or transmit any x388 content in any form without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on x388's platform design, software architecture, or content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the x388 platform.
• Use x388's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by x388.

Any unauthorised use of x388 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law, in addition to immediate account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x388 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the x388 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if x388 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

x388 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical failure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. x388 will not be liable for any losses incurred due to platform downtime, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.

x388's total aggregate liability to any individual player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their x388 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against x388 without prior contact with x388 support.
• Requests by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to account maintenance procedures as notified to the registered email address.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than Terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances and associated winnings are not returned upon account closure.

x388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the x388 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected during the registration and account management process includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gambling transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have consented, marketing communications.

x388 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and gaming software providers — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the x388 service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x388 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of your country of residence, the provisions of the governing jurisdiction shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of x388, you agree to first contact x388's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. x388 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by x388's gaming licence authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

x388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — x388 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders and/or a prominent notice on the x388 platform.

Minor amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory change, may be implemented without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of x388 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must notify x388 in writing and cease using the platform. Any funds standing to the credit of your account at that time will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12.
